Ryan founded H2 Universe around a simple idea: molecular hydrogen therapy should be easy to start, honest about what the science says, and free of the bulky machines and liters of water that come with most of the category. He is not a clinician and does not hold a medical degree — what he brings is a long personal study of the published research, and a stubbornness about building a product that reflects it.

THE SCIENCE
The science, briefly.
Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is a tiny, neutral molecule that acts as a selective antioxidant in the body. Unlike most antioxidants, it targets only the most damaging reactive oxygen species — primarily hydroxyl radicals — while leaving the signaling molecules the body uses intact. The mechanism was first described in a landmark 2007 study in Nature Medicine (Ohsawa et al.), and the field has grown to more than 1,000 peer-reviewed publications and 80+ registered clinical trials since.
H2 Universe's flagship product, True Nano H2 Plus, is a daily molecular hydrogen capsule that uses a patented reaction of magnesium and calcium (from Magnesium-Dolomite) to generate 2mg of H₂ directly inside the stomach — a delivery method designed to bypass the hydrogen loss that occurs when H₂ is dissolved in water or released in an open glass.
